Setting Goals: Blogger Confessions Pt 4

It barely feels like I've been blogging for 6 months, but at the same time it feels like I've been blogging forever. I've learned so much in the short time I've had A Glamorous Revelation and I can only imagine what it will be like years from now. I've reached the final benchmark of being a flight risk new blogger since they say once you pass 6 months you're typically in it for the long haul. It's been difficult creating and maintaining a blog that is ever-evolving in its beginning stages, but I can't image doing anything else. I try to remember my life 6 months ago before A Glamorous Revelation and weirdly enough, I really can't. What did I do with all of my time. I spend hours and Hours and HOURS doing blog related things so that must mean I had a whole lot of free time before the blog (which I know I didn't) or I had something that always kept me occupied (and I can't think of anything that would be so time consuming). My life before AGR doesn't really matter though. I love what I do and I'm completely okay with all of the work and time it takes because my main focus is the future and making each day on the blog better than the last.

Setting definitive goals has always scared me. What if I fail? Or I overestimate what I can achieve? Failing at something you've put so much blood, sweat, and tears into can be so disheartening it always seemed easier to just go with the flow and hope and pray everything turned out right. Now, after reading an article on Who What Wear (How To Really Make It As A Fashion Blogger), I find it imperative to set goals for myself and my blog and work every day to reach them. So today I'm going to tell you about my goals. I can't back out or change my mind because now they live on the internet -- permanent and definitive for all to see. Honestly, sharing my goals shouldn't be a confession because I want to have a great blog and be an awesome blogger. But I am just so scared of not reaching them and having to deal with myself knowing that I failed. Before I talk myself out of it, here are the goals I want to reach on A Glamorous Revelation before my 1 year blog-iversary.
