Pinspiration: JEWELRY

Today we're kicking off July's series of series (I still don't know the plural for series ... just "s", "es", or nothing at all? Mysteries.) with my Pinspiration. Last week I mentioned how much I love edits and a couple of days ago I talked about Loser Girl Wins being one of my favorite blogs. One of the reason I love it so much is because Sarah has amazing edits. I don't know what program she uses or how enlightened she is in the world to be able to find such amazing content for them, but her edits are great. So why am I telling you about Loser Girl Wins and my slightly unhealthy obsession with edits, particularly hers? Because Loser Girl Wins inspired this newest series called Pinspiration that features my favorite Pins from my favorite Pin boards. I love Pinterest and have about a dozen themed boards so every week I'm going to pick a board, select my favorite pins from it, and make them into an edit for you all to enjoy here on A Glamorous Revelation!

This week's Pinterest board is "Jewelry." I love, Love, LOVE jewelry so I thought I'd start things off with one of my favorite boards. I don't have a particular style when it comes to jewelry so my Pins, much like my actual jewelry collection, don't really have a rhyme or reason. I go through phases where I love earrings. Then I'll go through a phase where I'm obsessed with bracelets or ear cuffs or some other type of jewelry. Right now I'm going through a necklace phase. I'm also loving semi-precious stones in any type of jewelry especially in necklaces and bauble bangles. I'm starting to get into stacking bracelets like the wooden beaded ones from Caged Bird Blog. I already have one in the unpainted carousel design with a unicorn charm and I'm hoping to get a couple more with painted beads and animal charms. I love looking at jewelry displays from people's homes almost as much as I love looking at the actual jewelry. Displaying my jewelry is half the fun of having it. Some of my most worn pieces are draped over picture frames, lying on my desk, or hanging from my bookshelf so that I can see them every day.
